Is Todrawn free?+
Yes. The free plan gives you 3 boards with 5 images each, the full set of drawing tools and shapes, and real-time collaboration with up to 4 people per board. No card required.
What does Premium cost, and what do I get?+
Premium is $10 a month. It starts with a 1-month free trial — limited to one trial per card. You get unlimited boards and images, collaboration with up to 10 people per board, and priority support.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the month you've already paid for — Premium stays active until then, and no further charges are made.
What happens to my boards if I go back to the free plan?+
Nothing is deleted. Boards and images over the free limits stay exactly where they are — you just can't create new ones beyond the limit until you upgrade again.
Which image formats can I put on a board?+
PNG, JPEG, GIF and WebP. On the free plan each board holds up to 5 images; on Premium there's no limit.
How does sharing a board work?+
Two ways: invite someone by email, or set a board password and let people join themselves. Everyone on the board sees cursors, strokes and edits live.
I forgot my password. What now?+
Use “Forgot password” on the log-in page. We'll email you a one-time code so you can set a new one — it expires after a few minutes, so use it right away.
Do you store my card details?+
No. Payments are handled entirely by Stripe — your card number never touches our servers.
